RTS Perekrestok was founded in 1998.

1999 — installation of the first Bus shelter according to the tender held by Almaty City Authorities ("Detsky mir" store). |

2003 — acquisition of “Tur” company and its bus shelters. |
2004 — opening of a branch office in Astana |

2005—2006 — expansion to the regions of Kazakhstan. |
July 2007 — acquisition of 50% of RTS Perekrestok shares by world’s outdoor advertising leader — JCDecaux company. |

2007 — conclusion of an agreement granting RTS Decaux an exclusive right for advertising in Mega shopping malls (Almaty, Astana, Shymkent). |
2008 — conclusion of 25 year Concession Agreement with the city of Astana for creation of street furniture network in the city; first stage of installation of Bus shelters and Mupi city information panels designed by Sir Norman Foster. |
